Hey there. I have an 08 XD with about 116k miles.

Lately I have noticed a pretty significant rumble/vibration at idle (like at stop lights) and in reverse. It's definitely worse when cold but doesn't go away completely after it's warm.

We put it up in the air yesterday and checked all the motor mounts. Visually they look okay - you might even say they look brand new; but could this still be my culprit? Would they look any "different" if they were bad?

We changed the spark plugs and that didnt fix it. Not really sure what else to look at, or if I should just live with it considering its a 7 year old car with high mileage.

Advice appreciated.
