Front Bumper Mod
I had vinyl on my front bumper from BlueBat and it was good, but it is in two pieces that you place together.
I would suggest looking for a place that wraps cars in vinyl and see how much it would be for them to do the bumper in a solid sheet of vinyl. After my first accident they had to replace the front bumper so they used a full sheet of vinyl instead of two half sheets, it looked much better.

I've got a serious bug to upgrade/mod my new car and a long pending parts list. Thanks for the rim info.
id like to get this done eventually, but i'm concerned about the holes the friggin dealer put in the bumper for the licence plate. My question is would those holes be visible thru vinyl if they weren't filled in first? or would i have to ge tthem filled in and smoothed out? i feel like there'd be little depressions showing thru where the holes were. any experience with this anyone?

Same concerns. I too have the holes on the bumper. And I just received the overlays from Bat. Yet to put them on.
When I had BBM's vinyls on the front of my car I kept my plate on there as per the state law here in California.
You can probably put the vinyl on over the holes no problem, but if someone pokes the drill holes that will be an issue. Plus you will probably see the the outlines of the holes through the vinyl as well, maybe look in to getting bumper plugs to fill the holes.
I don't think the darker colored cars would look good with a black nose whether it's gloss or matte, you wouldn't see it that well. Maybe a dark charcoal grey would look decent, or maybe even a white vinyl in gloss.
