Ive been anticipating the release of the xD and it looks like I'm getting one . There's just one thing I'm torn on. I can't decide between the black sand or the magnetic grey. They both look beautiful. I just need some opinions to help sway me one way or the other. Oh i should mention that at some point I am going to put black rims on it, possibly the 18" that come as an option.

magnetic grey, black cars get too dirty too easy. and the inevitiable scratches are obvious from a block away.

 

Actually when I saw the grey car it looked dirty haha. I would've liked to have gotten my xD in black instead of silver, but the didn't have any on the lot. The black xD looked so good and fierce especially after tinting the windows. Mmm black.

 

Black is the hardest color to keep pristine. Even well cared for, scratches and spider webbings will appear. White and silver are the easiest. Dark metallic grey is a little easier to upkeep than black, IMO.

 

the magnetic grey is one of the best grey colors i've seen..

well, to look at it one way, what do you plan on doing to your future xd? what kind of accessories and theme are you going to go for?

i used to love black cars and trucks, but the problem is that they don't show the nice contrasting body lines like other colors do.

 

My wife bought the nautical blue, and we both love it. But on the lot was a grey one that I thought, 'damn, that's the prettiest grey I've ever seen. '

I'd go for the grey- I had a black car once, and it was impossible to keep it looking good.

 

I prefer BSP over the grey it is nice but if you plan on two tone anything on black looks good.

 

I'd go with grey- you might be able to go a day or two between washes that way! Black is classy as all get out but high maintenance and HOT.

Black is nice if you can keep it clean???? With the quality of Scion paint it won't stay nice for long being black. I also voted silver. I wish the xB could have came this silver instead. I would have been all over it.
