just car my car back/new look
Yeah I was just thinking about that conversion yesterday, don't really like that they gave us drums in the rear. But I have no idea about how expensive that would be, or if it's a difficult conversion. I guess it's time to Google
But anyways, I'm surprised you have rubbing! But then again isn't the drop for the Tein springs pretty low? Seems lower than the 210's but I could be wrong.

They use discs on the Euro version... I'd want to know if the rest of the system is the same, though -- master cylinder, booster, ABS pump, TRAC/VSC system, etc. I'd love to upgrade mine... especially since I tow with it quite often.

haha yes.
its more like 2.3 inch drop.
well, maybe i sounds louder because of the rain.
and i agree to that rear disc conver, just need a wrecked tc, or a corolla/matrix xrs to rip it from

discs would have to be taken from the models mr slim mentioned. the discs on the euro/jp version are also 4wd models. unfortunately the mind set of most ppl around here is why bother cause its not a tC/performance model, etc. (This never stopped people doing it to integras/civics but i digress)
more info. on your set up? surprised your rubbing, but that's just from the pics of what i could see. maybe just the tire set up?

IMHO what would really be the point of rear discs other than for show... and the fact that you get to change pads instead of shoes... except for maybe in mcbrew's condition of towing. considering well over half of the braking on our cars manifest from the front, and performance wise, we really dont have the weight or power to overheat the drums into inefficiency as far as autox, and track days go. If youre actually looking for better breaking, stainless lines, better pads seems like a more cost effective, and just as good, if not better of a route to take, no? If your point is for shows and to rake more points ,then by all means, go for it, I'd love to see it. But i dont see it being an actual major improvement.
