Hey everyone!
just wanted to share most up to date pics with everyone of the project. Originally bought the car in october of last year. Started working on it in December for it's debut at CES. Right now it's in its final phases of work and yes the car has been running. It was at Scion United last month. Currently, we are redoing the fuel system and will be using a fuel safe fuel cell, and newer stronger axles are being made. Anyhow enjoy the pics!

with the car finished and tuned 400whp perfectly capable, but I will have it tuned for 300-350 whp for the car. I dont think it can take much more than that for a time attack car and it being FF. it's more function over wow factor to me. and yes we are going down to 17's for track. the 19's is for the shows thanks for interest.
oh dyno still isnt available. waiting on the new custom axles to come in once thats done thn we can proceed with tuning
Are you going to be sharing any of these parts for the aftermarket?
I would dig some stronger axles
And the seat brackets
lol fog lights are a leading edge in technology, it could've taken years...
And the seat brackets

thanks everyone! unfortunately, its not as easy as a simple "swap" like B series engines in hondas. a lot of custom fabbed parts had to be made for the swap, althought my friends shop JRX performance would be more than happy to do this swap again. First times out is always a pain. $ figure wise, we have yet to come to a conclusion on what a swap like this would cost as I've had a lots of extras done to the engine also. as for the rear drum to disc conversion. I have yet to look into it as that hasnt really been at the top of the priority list. the big brake kit on the front more than does the job required. =) prior to putting it back in the shop, i had a chance to test the JBT big brakes out. they are great. well balanced for the car
