Default Rear brake shoes

Is there a write up on here about replacing the rear brake shoes on the XD? I couldn’t find one.
I plan on installing new brakes soon just checking to see what it takes before I start taking stuff apart.

they are hidden a bit.. but if you take the rear wheels off and take out the pipe that is holding wheels you can get it. it's behind the gas tank.. it's tricky but it needs to be done./

ps.. also take off your gas tank first. you don't want gasoline all over yourself

wth are you talking about lol she just wanted to know how to get to the brake shoes lol but to answer your question no its not to hard as long as you have done it before it basic pull the wheel and pull the drum cover off and you should be able to see them if you dont have all the proper tools any brake place can do them for an ok price a little more than brake pads i believe due to the labor involved but not to bad got to make sure they get adjusted properly and everything before you take off and rub the new shoes down to nothing lol
