Rotora drilled/slotted rotors and Hawk ceramic pads installed
At 70,000 miles my once turned, oem rotors were shot so I ordered a set of Rotora drilled/slotted rotors. I wanted something that looked a little cooler than the plain-jane oem's and just didn't like the look of EBC's strange gold colored rotors plus I wanted black, painted centers that wouldn't rust.
As for pads, I almost went with the Rotora ceramic pads or the Hawk HPS's. But in the end, I had to remind myself "This is my wife's car...this is my wife's car...". So, I went with the Hawk ceramic as they're reviewed as being uber quiet with ultra low dust, which so far is accurate.
It took nearly 3 weeks to get the rotors as Rotora doesn't sell enough of them to keep many in stock so they had to make them once I placed the order. But, it was worth it, they look great and seem to work very well with the Hawk pads. Overall, I'm very happy with this brake setup.

Now I know why they don't sell well... too small to be noticed on the xD..
They are also weaker than blanks.. I have them on my vette..
first time at a HPDE with the stock setup and they were toast..
Went back to blanks and they hold up much better...
but for the street... I'm sure they will be fine..
