Wow... I think we all just need to chill out! We on Scionlife are Scion owners that are agressive modification owners, so yes you are going to get flammed on here, sorry! But also you have the total right to your opinion as far as not liking the car, I don't like every car on Scionlife that I see, do I throw it in there face on the boards, no I do it in a PM, haha, but its all fun and bull ish, so lets all just take a moment and chill!

I personally like the car, not love it, but like it! I like it because it is one of a kind and I have a lot of respect for guys/ girls/ teams that want to do something original! Like the flat black I am totally hating on you because that was going to be my next move, but a full flat black D, and the door handel's too, so I'm now a hater! lol But the tail lights would have looked good or the headlighs done different and the back end I wouldn't have chopped the springs, thats what it looks like, and the girl is alright, I was expecting to see a comment from ChelsDS when I first saw the pics, lol, you knew that it was coming! But good job all around and crongrats on the finished product!

what are your future plans for the car as far as engine mods? have you thought about doing anything with a custom turbo setup?

 

it has the blitz SUS power intake, NST short shifter, and TRD exhaust. Thats all it has done or will have done. We are returning the car to scion corp this Sunday to tour around.

I also didnt cut the rear springs... the speakers and TVs made it it squat a bit more than expected.

Now, on to the topic at hand. The entire point of this build was to create something unique for the Chicago Region. The guys @ Scion Militia did just that.

You seem to forget that Scion's overall marketing campaign was that 'it either works for you or it doesn't'. You like it or you don't that's just how it is.

 

It's a public forum, I can write what I like within boundaries. So what if I comment more than others on their project cars?

The car is unique, but I don't really care for the matte finish. As someone else said, it looks like primer.

These mods probably aren't supposed to appeal to someone my age, anyway. However, to each their own!

 

Chels I wasn't saying it in a bad way, but when you are one of a very few girls on this xD forum, it is expected that you would not like the pics with the girls in them, that is why I have always left the girls out of the pics that I post until I saw these and then I felt like what the heck... lets show a few of them off, you haven't posted any comments on mine, so I consider myself lucky!

 

I am very surprised to see the rear sag that much with just the system and TVs, what are you running in it to make it sag sooo much? By the way, if the whole car sat that low... it would look sick!!!!!!!!

There are very few models that I find.. decent enough to pose with cars that actually compliment the car. If the chick is hot, I'll let you guys know. If she's not.. well you may or may not hear it Sorta sorry that I'm blunt but it helps wake up people ;)

Oh and the chick with your xD is hawt. Her gray outfit matches the paint very well. Consider yourself lucky I haven't posted on that thread I guess :?
