Default Sold the xD...

Great little car.. Sold my 09 xD with 55k miles a couple of months ago..
Never had any issues with it.. Was great for city driving and everyday commuting.. It was my beater car I used when the vette was impractical to use..
I sold the vette and wanted something in between.. Only want one car for evrything.. I bought an FRS to replace both cars.. Not as practical as the xD for sure.. But a lot more fun to zip around in.. Hope it's as reliable and trouble free as the xD was..

Congrats on the buy. I know I'm jealous. I think there are rumors of Subaru's BRZ getting a Sti version. In any case the aftermarket has just opened up wide for you. I think they fill a spot the Nissan 240sx left empty a while ago.

Thanks.. Enjoying it so far.. The aftermarket is huge for this thing!
In every area.. But I'm enjoying it as it is in stock form. Many
Complain about the power because the chassis begs for more.. But
It's really fine as it is.. You just have to wind it out to extract its power..
That and the low gearing keeps you involved in the driving experience.
I came from a LS3 corvette.. I miss the endless low end TQ of the V8..
But overall.. The frs is more fun to drive in the real world.

Grats to you, I'm leaning on selling my xD for something a little bigger and more quiet. I have a 08 R6s to ride around in when the weather permits. Wish the xD had a bigger market for aftermarket parts..

You mention how great it is compared to the xD, but you didn't mention how much of a joke it is compared to your corvette!
