I had it for my tc and I really liked it. Loud and deep. If I hadnt just spent 735 on snow tires id ordered this.

Wow! How did y'all install it? Did you have to take out anything from the car? Any "check engine" light turned on?

 

no this is just an axle back exhaust this is not a full exhaust so there are no codes because your not changing anything except for the extremely restrictive muffler and smaller pipes near the end of the exhaust what you see in that picture is all you get. its a great exhaust strup has been a big supporter of the scion brand for some time now and there parts are nothing but quality every time. i have some friends with this exhaust and mines on order it is mellow with every day driving but when you want or need the power and step on the gas it is very noticable but not annoying

Well, the exhaust is nowehre to be found on the site and when I called, I don't get a reply, only a recording saying that the line is no longer available. Any ideas as to why is that?

 

I see it here http://www.strup.us/scion.html but when I put it in the cart the price is $378! Also I'm not sure what they mean by hires and lowres? Maybe there is a code you need or perhaps they are sold out.

I sent an e-mail to Charlie at Strup and he confirmed a couple of things. First the sale is still ongoing and they are ready to ship! You just need to send him your info to calculate a final price. This deal is so tempting but my car is brand new.
