Exclamation Stuck on the road with a dead car?

I'm driving to work and my battery light comes on, I figure the car sounds good and nothing is going wrong so I say to myself I will check it when I get to work. Few minutes later my radio dies. Car is running fine no other issues, just thinking I'm having some radio issues. I come to a stop waiting for the light and when I go to turn the wheel is super stiff... So I immediately pull into a vacant parking lot, lucky for me I saw a small hill I could use to jump start the car if need be. I drive a stick. So the car seems to be half alive half dead. I turn it off and it dies, I'm able to jump start it and it stays the same, wheel still stiff. I open the hood radiator fluid is gushing out??? Wth is going on? Any ideas? Is it just my battery? Car is completely dead, power works slightly, car won't turn on at all. What do I need to fix?

I must apologize for the useless response but I'd like to know if you got this fixed or figured out what happened?

It’s hard to tell what this issue may be, we would recommend getting it checked by a Scion Dealer or Scion Certified Mechanic.

Had the similar problem ended up being a fuse in the dash fuse panel under the fuse box.
