I have an 05 tC, wife has an 11 Camry. Same process for both, so I expect the xD should be the same.
Press and hold the button until the light goes off. Release, then press and hold it again until the light flashes 3 times. Then it will be reset.
Make sure your tire pressure is even all around before you reset too, or the light will come on again after a few miles.

You could also check the owner's manual for the process to verify, I believe it should be in there.

If the light does not go off after you press and hold the button initially, I believe that may be an indication of a bad sensor.

There is a diagram showing it's location in your owners manual.
