I've noticed a lot of people have nicknames for their xDs. I started this thread after someone referred to their's as the "bobsled." LOL

For some reason I've always thought of the white and black xDs as Star Trooper helmets. IDK why.

I'll agree with the bobsled and bulldog comments, though.

 

i just call mine "The D" not very creative i know, but i feel that it describes my driving at times.

 

Given that the front end looks like a snout of a dog and the scion badge is the nose, If I had a white one with the side view mirrors painted black I would name it Snoopy.

I call mine The Red Baron.

 

Well, my xD was nicknamed the "Bulldog" for the stance and black vinyl on the bumper, then I named it Quinn.

 

i, too, call mine "The D" or even "the work in progress" as far as referring to mods...

 

I dont think I really have a nickname for my xD unless you count "My Baby". Heh. But the husband and I fight to be the first to call out TOASTER! if we see a first gen xB on the road somewhere...

I usually just refer to it as the 'Sled'... other variations that have slipped out are, 'pimp sled', 'rocket sled', etc.

 

if those are the toaster's, then we're the toast as D's

 

Before I renamed mine the "The Bobsled" after sliding on ice. it was "the Xbox." People would see the xbox sticker on my car and ask me if I was an xbox fan, I reply no I just drive one.

 

Mine is known as the Snub Nosed Bulldog.

 

mine is da "slug". cause it looks like a white slug. lol

 

Quinn is at the top of our list for baby names... got a boy on the way in about five weeks.

 

Who's got the jam? Hehe...

My husband just told me that he's always thought of my xD as the Blue Hornet (its a NBM) as it also looks like an angry insect to him.

Well, some people have told me that my car looks like a box of matches, so I tell them that you have to be careful cuz it may burn you!! Other than that, my car has plenty of names, including the silver bullet, the Foxbat (MiG-25 RBV), the foxhound, or other names, which I will say later.

haha this is a funny thread! :] I don't really have a nickname for my xD either unless you count ''My Baby'' but i sometimes call it LuLu cuz its my nickname but no one calls me by it anymore.
