Default xD Ragtop Open & Randode's Sick A$$ Cube PICS

Went over to Randy's house today with Scott so Randy could install some lowering springs on Scott's Mustang GT...While there, snapped some pics of the xD with the ragtop open and happened to get a few of Randy's sick a$$ Cube...Not the best quality pics because they were taken with my HTC thunderbolt but they will have to do...One day I will do a proper photoshoot of my ride...

very nice. the sun visors came out nice, did the vinyl paint go on easy? the headliner looks beautiful. what adhesive did you use to get what looks like a thicker material to stay so well?

Yes the vinyl paint was super easy and dries pretty quick...Just remember, do several light coats until it's properly covered and not heavy coats...As far as the headliner, we used a spray gun and air compressor with Weldwood Contact Cement as the glue...Learned from past experience after many headliners not to use 3M 90m it stays for awhile and then will eventually sag...We did it the way it's done at an upholstery shop...You can get a cheap sprayer at Harbor Freight for cheap...

Yep Apply evenly to both surfaces...Make sure the fabric you use has a backing so there is no bleed through...

And for reference for those that want to know what to use for painting interior pieces here is what the can looks like...Make sure you start with the bottom of each item you are painting and finish it before moving onto the top...Make sure each coat is dry (about 5-10 minutes) before applying each additional coat...I used flat black for mine...
