My xD radio says "F Sheeple"

I'm pretty sure its the upgraded stereo and not the stock one.

 

Scion HUs had custom greeting since their release in early '04, so I'm pretty sure iPod HU (that used to be premium in '06-07) has custom greeting feature.

 

Yes, it's with the stock. The directions are in a manual specifically for your stereo.
