Smile Coilover Options for Scion Xd

I'm getting coilovers for my daily driver Scion Xd. I noticed that the one company that says it's the most comfortable ride is the KW with it's V3 model at around a whopping $2700 for the set. I do not want to get budget ones because eventually i will have to pay for it again one way or another unless, of course, there is a very good one that doesn't have too much flexiblity besides lowering which theoretically lets them focus more on quality rather than stuff that i don't care for like five extra inches lower or this and that? I also noticed two brands that offer add-ons and color options which is very cool and they are Ceika and Scale. I have a few runner ups but besides my own research that i will be conducting what is it to say about this sets that i have here:

1-Ksport: Asphalt Rally Spec AR ( i like this one better since if it can put up with rally it should be smooth over pavement...i don't know?) and Kontrol Pro
2-Tein Flex Z
3-Megan Racing EZ I Series
4-KW V3 (This one is a wopping $2700 but they claim that they ride that much better than the others?
5-Mono SS (SP110)
6-D2 Racing Rally Asphalt and Racing RS
7-Scale Innovative Series Beam (these have color options for different parts of the coils. Very cool! And they can ship them with add-ons and pre adjusted to your liking. Crazy)
8-CEIKA XP110 ( also have color and add-on options just like Scale)

So for those that are bored and curious my first choice was to go with TRD Springs (PTR111-52081) for the Scion but they are impossible to find now. After searching for weeks to no avail i gave up looking for them for now so i'm going to coilovers in the meantime. I can't keep waiting...i might die in a freak accident tomorrow. Cheers

I've got KW Variant 3's for my xB...you'd be hard-pressed to find a better coilover out of your list above.

The V3 seems to have the best quality so far for sure. Also just found out that Ceika offers helper springs for the front that make the ride more comfortable wich sounds unique .How long have you had your V3s for?

Brand new, still in the original box with the strapping around it, although they are actually the V2s, and I doubt they'll fit an xD.

Plus KW doesn't make them anymore, so I'd have to hunt down another set when I finally get around to working on the xB.

well, if the v3 fits the xd why wouldn't the v2 fit? Just asking...

Guessing the xB and xD are different...they list a V3 for the xD but don't list one for the xB, leads me to believe they aren't interchangeable.

well, I guess the v3 is one of my only options. As a side note note that I can't shake I wonder why the TRD springs say they lower cars by .5in F and 1.5 in B but yet every other spring manufacturer list their drop by almost identical lengths front and back like 1.5 F and 1.5 R.

To maintain the 'rake' and some semblance of carrying capacity...TRD springs aren't necessarily for performance.

I see. Well, I'm definitely getting either Ceika or Scale. The KW are waayyy too much $$ for now. I'm waiting for a couple of more responses from their reps and I'll take it from there. So, I feel it like a bug now. Weird how now this has turned into something bigger because now I'm looking into performance headers, intercoolers, turbochargers, and more performance parts. I'm not even a racer nor plan to race. It's funny. I just want all these parts to squeeze out as much engine efficiency as possible so it can work less.
