Agreed, I got one because the price was right at the time, and I like the way it looks, but the performance gains are nil, mainly because our strut setup is already near a chassis brace.
tanabe makes good product BUT this bar isn't one of them. FYI: yaris front bars fit this car as well and this is what i have:
