I am currently on TRD springs and 18inch rims with a 225/40 tire and the ride is good...The important thing is make sure you get a 40 series sidewall...Not only does it help fill the fenderwell, it improved the ride even more...I also don't have to worry about scraping parking blocks and such and I even have a body kit...Hope this helps...

cool thanks. im thinking on doing the whole trd setup shocks springs sway bars and the trd wheels. i just want the car to handle a little better but i dont want it to beat me up over the rough stuff. did you notice any difference in the handling with the springs? lowering the center of gravity and all.

Trust me you will not get beat up...The TRD springs are not that aggressive of a drop...The handling when lowered in conjunction with 18's makes the car handle 100 times better...Takes away ALOT of the body roll...
