'11 XD with 17 x 7 +40mm offset with 225/45R17 ?????

Hi I already bought my 225/45R17 tires today.
Waiting for my XXR 502 17 x 7 +40 mm to arrive.

Any problem mounting these tires on a XD? If so I will go and change the tires for 215/50R17.

Please advise.

i had 225/40s on 18x8 rim and had no issues on my D. i think my wheels where the factory +38 offset.

Whit this calculator, I have been able to compare precisely

I went on http://www.rimsntires.com/specs.jsp to compare your wheels with mines and they both protrude .7" compare to the original. So if your fit, mine will to.

The site I added in the teend is a VERY nice calculator. It alos gives advice on your offset, spacing etc. See picture loaded
