19x8 +40 is fine also. That's what we're getting in a few days.
Those pics are dropped Tanabe NF210... but it hasn't settled in those pics. It's a little bit lower now... but not by much LOL
Mileage report. With the 18s, we lost about 1 mpg (not too bad). We just can't drive super aggressively anymore.

We're mixing/matching the next set. One side will be bronze and the other will be gun metal (almost black). We may also use 2 different style wheels. It should be interesting =]

^^^actually did that at the International Auto Show in Honolulu a few years back. LOL. was too lazy to swap out the complete set and left the other half with the old set up.

Regarding the drop:
The NF were chosen as a temporary setup. We were considering coilovers at the time. Plus the lip kit will be scraping everything if we went with the DF. My driveway is too steep... My Supra (MA71) can't get in and out w/o scraping the exhaust, and it's at stock height.
The springs are either lower than first expected OR sagging now. The rear has a 1 finger gap and the front has a 1.5 finger gap (215/40R18 tire on 18x7.5).
