the tc rim / tire combo is actually ~1lb heavier than stock if i recall but that will have zero impact. the smaller tire might show you getting a hair better gas mileage because it would be a false positive only because your tires are smaller than stock. if the tc rims you get come with stockies then run them for 12k - 15k miles and get a set of tires closer in size to the original.

the big downside to an undersized tire is that even though you feel all warm and fuzzy inside because your gas mileage looks like it's doing a bit better you're actually putting miles on the car more quickly - miles you haven't actually driven!

yea but I cant see it making much differance. maybe 200 miles out of 10000, lol. I would have to calculate that up though Im just guessing. i dont know exactly how much smaller the TC tires are.

the exact difference is 2.44% so yeah, 244 miles over 10k lol - that said the stock tc yokohamas are only good for about 10k anyway
