The factory 16" wheels have a +42 offset.
The bolt pattern is 5-100.
I run a 16" after market wheel that has a +38 offset, and I think it looks better because it pushed the wheels outward a tiny bit more. I also considered a +35 offset because it would have looked even better, and still not rub on fenders. But, +35 was not available in the model I picked.
So just make sure the wheels you pick have a 5-100 bolt pattern.
As far as offsets go, I would imagine you should be ok with +35 thru +42, but others here may have better advice with offsets.

The wheels you're looking at are 17"x7", so basically the same size as the stock tC1 wheels. off set is pretty close to factory, so you'll be fine on clearance.
For tires on that size rim I'd suggest a 205/45/17 or a 215/45/17 to make it look good on the wheels.
As for what tire to run, any that are in your budget, ones that you like. you can even go up to a 225/45/17 if you want.
