Default Weapon R i-Throttle controller

Anybody have some good experience with these?

Obviously they are mean't to clean up DBW lag, but I wanted to know as much as possible...
when it comes to how it does what it does to how does it feel when its doing it...

Many say it increases the electric current on the throttle circuit to get a more lively response on the throttle.
But what about the floating RPMs at the brink of a shift?
How does the i-Throttle improve the quicker drop when you let off the gas?
Obviously an increase in current will not make the RPMs let up sooner or faster.. so biggest question is how it acts on the return side of Throttle.
Is the response just as nimble when letting off throttle as it is giving?

How did you do the hookup at the OBDII port? Did you detach the door?

you can hardwire (red 12 volt)( black ground)but you have to cut the OBD2 connector off...

or you just plug it in the the OBD2 connector and follow the instructions...its really simple...youll be amazed with the product...brings the car alive to its full potential

There's no need to sell me on its merits...this is one thing on a long list of mods I *would* get if Toyota would stop jerking me around and fix the issues with my car. As-is I won't spend another dime on this hunk of ____.

Looks cool

3 questions...

When you let off the gas and put in the clutch to shift gears, do you notice the RPM hang or float there still or how is the return?

What is the Button below the i-Throttle display?
What kind of Radio HU is that?
..asked the second two because noticed a difference..

I emailed both weapon r and twp to see which harness they recommend for the 2011 tc and they both said that the 2011 is not supported and the programming will not work.

TC-Maverick, how is it working for you?

sorry, I meant to ask Atomic.

I'm sure it works as Atomic has it installed, but for some reason they said it wouldn't.
Maybe they just haven't tried it.

Now i'm really concerned. How could a company sell a product that wasn't tested? Most disturbing. Scratched off the mod list until further notice.
