I have had air ride on my box for over a year now. Not a single problem. I drive it everyday no leaks or bag replacements as of yet. As far as tire wear you willl have some more than a car w/ out but to tell you the truth I haven't worn a tire out yet and I do take my rims off for the winter to roll stock so.. I can't give you an exact life span scenario. I have a built air ride system that I pieced it together and installed it myself.. you could by the easy street complete kit but thge rear setup required cutting stuff that I didn't want to cut plus the rears bags have a tendency of acquiring abnormal bag wear even after a year.... I CAN GIVE YOU ALOT OF ANSWERS. And even Our Moderator Brian xb can also educate you. You just have to be patient.. If its what you want do it .... Otherwise you'll waste alot of money beating around the bush...

I was one of the first to put air on my box back in 04. I took it off later and have been on coilovers since. Air is fun but if you arent a little bit inclined to work on your car, I would get something else.

Moving this to xB suspension forum...
