hey I have been looking all around for a DIY on installing the hotchiks (not to sure on spelling) lower swaybars but I could not find it anything on this... can someone help me on this plz...

Do you really want to replace the front bar? If not, you can just get a Progress rear sway for like $140.

The back is dead easy, I hear the front is kinda a pain.

to do thefront you have to remove the whole front assemble, pretty much having the whole thing resting on the floor

and as far as i know the front does abosolutely nothing, while the back does everything. skip the front.... ill look there is a write up somewhere... or at least a picture i may have it saved..... this could take a while....

There's a how-to for the Progress rear bar in the tech section. You can get the Progress from Ptuning.com for $132.95 with the 5% off ptscionlife code. I just got mine friday, currently on backorder right now.
