Default Wheels with EasyStreet setup

Ok, I installed my EasyStreet airride a few weeks ago. Love it, but have found one very disappointing thing: it doesn't go to well with my WideTracks! I mean, I can drive it just fine aired up to ride height, but I can't air it out because the wheels are too wide. So, I'm on a quest for some more air-ride-friendly wheels.

My first idea is to just move my 90mm +20 front wheels to the back, then order two 50mm +40 WideTracks for the front. That way I could keep the look of these wheels (which I love!) and air it out. But, that leaves me with a pair of 120mm +20 that I'll have a hard time selling, escpecially since I had them chromed. ANy of the wheel gurus here know if this combo will tuck?

My next idea was to look for some nice, quality 15's to improve ride quality and to go for a different look. I love the look of my 18's, but I have seen some 15's that look bad butt too. Any ideas on quality 15's that'll tuck, but won't look ridiculous? And, if possible, I don't really want to run OTG's or anything of the like in the rear as I sold mine as soon as I put my WideTracks on.

Thanks in advance.

The way I look at it, you have a couple of options. If you really want the Widetracks, order a complete NEW set of wheels. Then sell your old set complete. Maybe even talk to Axis to see if they will make you a good deal because of your situation.

The other option is a whole different set of wheels. If you are thinkning 15s, I would go high end. Either something JDM like Work, Weds and AME, or something nice, but domestic like Intro, iForged, or Jline.

Thank you for your insight RTon! As usual, you're spot-on with a recommendation.

I decided to order all new wheels. Going with 15's. As much as I love to drive my xB, I'm growing tired of having to worry about a pothole sneaking up on me, or losing an airline and demolishing my car.

As far as "quality", we'll see when they get here in a few weeks. They definitely aren't as high-end as Work, of J-Line, but I like 'em.

Will post pics when I get 'em in.

Thanks again!

No problem. Make sure to post up pix with the new wheels and the dropped stance when you get them.
