Hi All, I recently purchased a used set of 17" tires and wheels from the forum. Though a great deal and good looks, these 40 series Capital Negotiators (never heard of them) tires are VERY noisy. Anything above 15mph and you can start hearing them in the box and it just gets worse as the speed increases(Yeah, I know just turn up the radio). I am not that concerned about 1.0+ g's , so can anyone suggest a quiet tire (and of course the lower the rolling resistance would be an added plus)
