you can get shims from onetongarage.com

spacers, I've seen 20mm on ebay.

There's a 15mm one out there..

EDIT: onetongarage also has spacers.

H&R makes xA/xB spacers up to 25mm - they come with bolts and hardware.

Yup, the H&R spacers are the bomb. I was using some cheap-___ spacers for like four months because of a backorder on the H&R. I got crazy steering wheel vibrations over 70 mph on the highway. Changed to the hub-centric H&R spacers and installed the longer studs that came with the kit and no more vibration. I recommend the H&R.
