Default Weapon-R Project XB needs some info help!

We needed some info on rear springs. Our current setup is the D2 Coilovers. But the rear spring is way too soft. 2.2kg=124lbs. Does any one know of anyone that makes stronger rear springs for the coilover setup.

If not what is the strongest rear spring that we can put into the rear. We might take out the coilover perch and add just a rear spring. Our Shock that came with the D2 can adjust pretty long. We are adding about 300 lbs of audio soon and need to switch out to stronger rears before that. Anyone have any ideas. Here is a picture of the rear setup.

You might talk to Ground Control... they are one of the major distributors of Eibach springs...

That setup looks very similar to their own coil-over setup. Is that a 2.5" OD rear spring?

It is a 60mm top ID spring, and a 70mm bottom ID spring.

Im also hoping to find an answer to this. I find the rear too soft. I tried getting info on this, but nothing ever came from it.

D2 does not offer higher spring rates for the rear either. I might have to give KSport a call...

Ksport doesnt either. We are thinking of just going with a standard lowering spring. Either the TRD rear, Swift , or Vogttland. it should give us the height we want and still hold on to the audios weight.

I know when it comes to airbag brackets, the ones for 1st gen fit second gen and vice versa. You may want to look into a set of springs for a 2nd gen, they will be stiffer because of the added weight of the car. Like I put S14 coilovers on my S13. Stiffened it up ALOT!

Here is what we did.

It is one of our Circuit pro springs. It fits on the Coil sleeve perfect. It is rated at 400lbs.

Sweet! You think those springs would work on a TEIN set up as well? I guess it my lower sleeve is the same size it would. I've been looking for something w/ a higher spring rate.

So far so good. Only thing is now with a 400lbs rear and a 300 lbs front it sucks in turns too much oversteer. We have a set of Swift springs rated at 350lbs that are going in the D2 front setup and maybe we will go down to a 350 rear and try it that way. Main thing was to hold up our Audio in the rear and not have the tires rubbing, which we fixed. But after the drive to SEMA through the mountains handling kinda sucks now. Now it time to tweak the spring rates.

Anyone Want rear springs we have many new springs to choose from? email me for prices and rates and heights.
