Default Wheel questions?

I got the 18" Enkei's from the factory. (Yeah I know paid way to much for em!) But now I'm wanting some black or gun metal wheels. I like these here:

And Wheels Next has them for $999 for a package. http://www.wheelsnext.com/product.ph...&inum=&large=1
But I don't need any tires. Only 4000 miles on my Nittos now. Do they sell them without the tires or what? Or does anybody know of other places to buy them from, maybe cheaper even? And I also thought about getting mine powder coated too. But I don't know how that would look with this type of wheel. Here's a pic of em here:

Also what's the most I could get out of these wheels if I was to sell them. I would have to sell them online or on here. Not many xB's around here or 4 lug cars.

Also these RSV's are 18/7.5's. Will they work on my goldline drop? I know when I have 2 people sitting in the back the rear will tuck a little bit.
