Default air ride lower on one side

my driver side on my xb is lower than the pass side. any had this problem? i can not see any thing holding. i have easystreet air struts. the driver side tire leans out at the top and pass side is in at the bottom. i know tha camber is out. should i longate the strut hold on pass side and car come down more?

How do you know the camber is not out?? The camber can change quite a bit with he install of these struts. what you describe is "driver side tire leans out at the top and pass side is in at the bottom" . That means the passenger side is also out at the top!! Mine was exactly like that after the install. We had to use camber adjusting bolts in mine just to get it at the edge of the -camber tolerance.

Are you sure it is lower or higher?? Have you measured with a measuring tape?? At the same air pressures in both front and both rear bags the driver side may indeed sit lower (or higher) depending on fuel load. Pressures BTW are somewhat irrelevant what counts is exactly what height all 4 corners are at in operation. A certain pressure...WILL NOT...give the same height from one time to the next. Air temperatures will vary the air density in the bags making different heights for the same pressure. Recheck your install, then level the car to the height you want to ride at. Measure from the top center of the wheel opening to the ground at all 4 wheel openings. Adjust the bags at each corner till you get both front sides and both rear sides at exactly the same height. Do this on an alignment machine and have the suspension aligned once you have mechanically leveled and verified the level of the car. (I assume you have 4 corner control....IF you do not go buy more parts and rework the plumbing so you do as front rear control only will never hold level and is IMO unsafe for road use.) Once the alignment is complete you should find that when you repeat the aligned height the cambers should be fine. The only way to ensure you have repeated the same height it the get out the measuring tape and remeasure. Any change in temperature will change the height. Operating the car will heat the air in the bags slightly and will also change the height...The only way to be sure you are actually at your aligned ride height is to constantly remeasure with a measureing tape (UNLESS you have a electromechanical leveling system like Air Ride Technologies Level Pro. this system uses a mechanical sensor to actually measure the suspension height and send it to a computer that then meters air into the bags to repeat a preset height...even it isn't perfect but it gets very close 90% of the time.)

My right rear bag always has alot less pressure the the left rear. My right front bag normally has a little more pressure then the left front (when the car is measured level). I have Air Ride Level Pro...as I want my car to handle consistantly and do not want to be bothered with manually leveling and measureing all the time. I relevel the system each morning and often a couple times a day to maintain my ride height close to my alignment height. Bag pressures to attain ride height change significantly depending on fuel and cargo loading.

Hope this helps.

couul also be that the sway bar has moved to one side
when the front is fully dumped it sits on the sway bar and if you do side to side the sway bar may shift and the right front would sit lower

just my .02
