k2 motor tc springs on the box
Hey Fellas, I accidently bought the lowering springs for the TC of the K2 Motor site. I could of swore that I clicked on the XB springs, but thats probably due to my fat flangies. So the question is, if i can't get through to the customer service before they ship, will they work for the Box?
i figured such......K2Motor.com finally replied to my email stating that they wont switch the order to the correct ones. Looks like I have a set of TC springs for sell. ANY BUYERS OUT THERE!!
i realized that i purchased the wrong ones about 30 seconds after i finished paying for them on their site. so i emailed them immediately. but they still say that the order as already been processed and can't be reversed. WTF!!
i sent them one more email (being a little less nice). if they still stick by their guns, then i will def have to go the route of the "buyer experience" forum.
i haven't made 50 posts here yet, so i can't post them in the classifieds yet
and i hate ebay.

Yikes...first off, i would be kinda scared to buy a no name brand set of springs....has anyone used these before?
Second, how much do you want? Since you live in the H, I can pass the word around the club.

yah.....i thumbed through the parts section on here and for some reason, this brand perked my interests. their site says that they're all about customer service...ha...
i believe they were out-the-door at around 85-89 bucks. i'll take take 20 off if i don't have to ship them. i guess i should be receiving them in about a week or less.
here's all the info that was in the "parts" section for them:

it doesn't look like they are going to do anything to fix it. they just sent me the UPS tracking number.
i wonder if i can refuse shipment and dispute the charge on my credit card?
BTW...houseofgrafx is graphic design, photography, and vinyl decal shop.

I was going to suggest you refuse the package and take it up with the CC company. That order has not been processed and shipped yet I can tell you that ish. When I worked for trdsparks I didn't get things shipped that fast and I was on top of it. But yeah F that they can't make you take them. Anyway I was going to say that if you want a low drop on a box then go with the Tanabe springs. Good quality and decent ride as well. if you want it lower than that then get some Echo shocks and struts they're good for another 1/2 inch. Just a thought.
great news....they actually said that i can return the springs after UPS gets them to me and they'll ship me the right ones. but now that i realize my mistake for buying that brand, i want the DF210's.
I still say refuse the shipment when it shows up and get a refund. If they are all about "customer service" then that is the least they can do for giving you a run around on the exchange. You are never stuck with anything no matter what they tell you
.
.
it's funny that you said that. i sent them an email asking about just refusing the shipment so that it would go back to them w/o me having to pay shipping. i sent that email last wednesday. i had told them that the shipment was scheduled to arrive hear on friday. they responded 3 o'clock (they're time) on friday saying that say wanted me to refuse the delivery and they would refund my $$$ less 20% restock fee. i was cool with that. but the springs had already been delivered 5 hours prior
so now i have to pay for the shipping also. which comes out to about half the cost of the springs. LONG STORY SHORT....i shoulda went with my gut and bought the DF210's
DON'T ship them back yet! Tell them to send a call tag to have who ever they shipped them through to come back and pick them up. Yes they can do that so don't let them fool you. Trust me I did this stuff for 2 1/2 years. lol
