Default I can't take my stupid dash apart

look I know try the search and all that but I'm sitting in a freezing cold shop and maybe I'm just searchtarded but I can't find the how to take my dash down guide. I am painting my dash and I can't get the buttons out, I got the hvac loose... and the **** on the front out... but I can't get the actual back off it's being held in by something in the center by where the **** is, and I'm guessing it's the ring behind the dial the one that has the blue and the red dash on it?

If ANYBODY can point me to the DIY guide I am pretty sure I'm about a second from throwing this f*cking thing out the window.

Thanks.

Erik, I don't know, but why are you posting this in off-topic?
