Hey everyone, well thats right my buddy is in the army and he is getting sent out in march of next year, well he said that he really wants me to "dope" out his ride (2002 Mitsubishi Lancer) he said.. so he is leaving me with $11,000 !!! :o what he wants done is like totally "Psychopathic records" on his car, he wants it painted all black with red interior.. 18" black rims, and "$3,000" sound system HAHA please! i can make one for much lower than that.. but what he wants me to do with all this is incorporate I.C.P into it! like on his black rims, he wants me to figure out how to paint the inside of the rims red, but keeping the outer black, and than on the caps in the middle wants me to put little hatchet men in all 4.... but i know TONS of stuff i can do with $11,000.... i am NOT going to put so much random stuff on it and make it totally riced out, i want to make it clean and effin awesome...lol so any ideas of sites that sell awesome car parts? what i was thinking was i found tons of carbon fiber, what i wanted to do was get a carbon hood, complete carbon front bumper, and fenders... and doing all that up front should run around $3000.00 for all the carbon, than getting a 190v.2 18" sub from elemental designs, and having someone build a custom box for it.. and gettin some aftermarket racing seats (Sparco) and a sparco wheel ;) and maybe if i have a little left over some BAGS or a turbo setup... sound good? if not throw in some suggestions i got 14 months to "Dope" this thing out!!

Holy hell That is some friend to leave you with 11 grand. Sell it and get him an evo I would appreciate that alot more than modding up a stock lancer

anyways, sportmax 006's are pretty nice, but i think the 0ffset will determine the size of the lip.


im going to be getting some 5zigen sport engines soon i think, depends on what i sell and what i get for christmas haha

 

lol yeah gallup SUCKS!! and i know its all about burque, and yeah their okay.. but its what he wants, see he lives in Killeen, TX at the fort-hood base, used to live in burque but yet, so hes coming here for christmas which he is married to MY SISTER lol .. so we gonna chill a while day and just soak up all the sites we can and hes gonna write down some stuff that HE personally wants, than im gonna do the rest.. so we'll see

^^^ haha i know! i hate em too, but you should see him he has like every record they own, and has all their concerts on dvds all their videos on dvds he is like obsessed with them, so im not gonna try and put lots of it on there, i only want to just put it in the rims the little caps and maybe a hatchet man on the sub box or something but im gonna try and keep as LITTLE as possible of that guy on there

 

Take the 11k, make some smart investments with it. Once you've tripled that amount, then buy all that stuff. Btw is it an evo? If not, don't bother imo.

^^wow! i forgot about this post, but its not happening.. my bro inlaw is getting deployed in 10 days its sad, but were when i say its not happening, i mean like with that much money, he still wants to put about 5k or 6... but yeah pretty old post

 

Is it an Evolution? If not... tell him to sell the lancer and combine the money to buy an Evo!

 

put it mostly all to the engine, tranny, suspension, and his wheels. he won't be disappointed!
