Can someone tell me what the difference between these is?

type I has helper springs, type II doesnt. so type II is about $100 cheaper.

ive been looking into getting the type I myself (with helper springs). they are meant to aid in ride comfort and stability.

I emailed the guys at Tanabe/more-Japan and they expalined the differences i'll see if i can find the email, but i might have deleted it. try emailing them for the specifics
