Default Clear bra for bodykits

For those of you that have bodykits of your rides, I was thinking of getting a kaminari (yes potentially other kaminari tC out there, haha).

My question is do they make clear bra's that fit the front bumper and/or rear bumper, hood, and sideskirts. I dont want to spend this much money on it and then have tons of rock chips in a few months. Same question for other bodykits in general.

Also how much do you think I am looking at to get the kaminari painted and installed (BSP) without the clear bra. I know if they have it clear bra will be another 500-750.

I dont think they make a clear bra for a body kit, only factory bumpers and lips. You could probably make your own if you can get your hands on a bulk sheet of the material.

its only 3mm tape. they also have it for the mirrors and they do have it for the hood, but ^^hes right, none for aftermarket kits. The application is almost the same as putting on the vinly. I tried it but creasd it, then it was no good.

So everyone out there with beautiful kaminari kits on are riding around getting rock chips on them? That would drive me crazy, although it is a part of life, if I am spending that much money on appearance alone only to have it get ruined in short period. I regret not getting a clear bra on my factory bumper. But then again maybe when you take it to get painted the paint wont be as crappy as the factory paint job.

I am also running a kaminari kit and let me say that my front bumper *really* needs repainting now - hell my entire kit needs it to some degree... so much so that if and when i do get it done, i will likely get it wrapped at the same time. same goes for the hood, though it really doesn't need the protection.

Here's a directory of clear bra installers: http://www.clearbrafilms.com

Good luck!

there no pre-cut body kit. you will need to go to a shop and they will do a custom cut for u. They will use a big sheet of clear bra and manually cutting it while installing it on your kit.
