For springs check out the Tanabe DF210s. Here is a link with info and pictures.

Check out:

Tein S-tech
Tein H-tech
Tanabe DF210

They seem to be the most popular

cheap and coilovers do not go together, like peanut butter and herpes...
go with a trusted name whatever you decide to get, not the ebay knock off's..
progress tech, goldlines, and "hotchkis" hope i spelled that right - are also good springs, but trust me bro, spend the "smart" money and get a spring set that will get you the best ride feel you want, otherwise you will hate the ride quality and spend more of your hard earned $ on another set of springs.. spend the 20-30 extra bucks and get the right part the first time.. there are LOTS of spring threads on here and testimonials you can read.. this is a great source of info.. just try the "search" thingy up top... another thing to consider is this - some springs settle so low, that you can't get a floor jack underneath the box, w/o rolling onto a ramp or blocks.. that can be a big pain in the a$$ if you get a flat crusing around PB or OB...... spend an hour and do your "homework" before you just go buy the cheapest thing you can find..
then after you get what you need, post a butt load of pics of your ride on this site and tell us what you got!!!

Vogtland's-awesome ride, great value, company has actually been around for a long time. Progressive, cold wound-cool color.

Ebay-$152 including shipping.
