I got my OEM Lip spoiler yesterday from ebay (no-drill application...3M tape). It installed super easy..it's strong as hell. I am not worried one bit about it coming off. I also went ahead and painted my emblems while I was at it. The third brake light was the hardest to install..it's just the pre-cut film that goes over it but it was tough getting it to have no air bubbles and I had to trim a little with a razor blade. All in all..it has definitely made the back of my TC look much nicer and sporty.

 

looks pretty good..do you plan on smoking out the taillights in the future? i think it can only help

how much did you pay for the lip spoiler?

 

keep us posted on that spoiler. ive heard that some have had the paint comming off or discoloring after a while.

 

I paid $107 shipped...the paint looks great..matches perfectly. According to the seller, there's 3 coats of paint and 2 coats of clear. Should be enough if you ask me.

And I don't know about smoking the tails..maybe just the top part but I like them and they're SO much better than the all red tails. I like the TYCs but not for the price they want for those.

 

Oh..and believe it or not..I washed the car yesterday...it was warm today and all the snow was melting so the roads were wet and still have salt on them. Stupid Illinois weather....

looks good. i also have an eBay 'like oem' lip spoiler on my classic silver metallic tC and it has been working out great.

 

awesome..good to know. I am definitely pleased..for under $110, you can't beat it. Certainly not worth the $300+ for one from the factory
