I am looking at selling my winter wheel and tire setup and was wondering what other vehicles run the 4x100 bolt pattern of the 1st Gen xB? Thanks

 

Some Hondas use 4x100 but the hub diameter is larger than the Scion's. Scion stock wheels will not fit the Honda. If these wheels are aftermarket and use a hub centering spacer they would likely fit Civics and some other Hondas.
