Default I got some new wheels and tires!

Well...I don't think I've bought "custom" wheels since the Cragar S/S's I had in the early 80's. I've had alot of vintage American cars, trucks and vans and the Scion is the first new vehicle I've had in 20 years. It's an '06 and I bought it last December. I'm finally getting around to dressin it up a little. I got a smokin deal on these wheels and tires. I plan on swapping the 205/40/17's after they wear out a little more. Probably go with 215/45/17's in an R rating. I have some lowering coils that will go on soon, so don't beat me up for the current ride height. I'm also planning to black out the top grill. Anyway, here's what I have so far....

My stock wheels and skate quiver...

Front, with new wheels/tires...

Rear. I know some of ya'll won't dig all the stickers, but I like the surf/skate wagon look since I skate...

its better to start a photobucket.com album, upload the pics to it from your computer then copy the last tag in the boxes below the photo bucket album picture and past in your post

Those wheels look great. Don't worry about dropping it cause it isn't all that. Mine was dropped for a couple years then I woke up and focused on ride comfort instead. Put stock springs and Monroes all around and never looking back. The ride is just too nice.
Adding the black grill helps too. Brings it into the lower ones.
Keep it real and do what you want. Others don't have to live with your mods... food for thought.

Jeff's a reformed spring junkie.

I have the DF210s on mine, the ride is excellent. So you can go low without sacrificing too much. Good looking wheels.

Why, Yes! Nicely put. Just call me the Wheel Gap Kid
We have way too much crap on the road to worry about when driving low. Just got tired or having to constantly scan the road for debris.

Thanks for the deedback, everyone. As for the drop...don't worry, I don't want anything drastic...just enough to eat up a little bit of wheel well. I definitely don't want a harsh ride. As for the skate decks...those are all recent releases from Wes Humpston, over at BullDog Skates. He use to be co-owner and artist for Dogtown. Excellent wheels and decks! It's cool you still have some of your old decks! I wish I had a few of mine.
