Air Ride blah blah blah.........
I'm suree we're all tired of air ride questions but i figured i'd throw another log on the fire............
I recently obtained an old car of mine and i'm just gonna touch it up a bit and sell it. With the money i get (hoping for something around 2500) I'm planning on getting my flares put on and getting an air ride setup.
What I'm looking for is some suggestions on what to get. There's alot of different brands and what not so i'm just curious what people have found to be the easiest to work with, most reliable, not really cheapest but i'm not looking to spend too much on it (i was thinking around the 1200 to 1600 area). i mainly just want some pros and cons.
Any input will be greatly appreciated

The Easy Street stuff works, is easy to install and is not terribly expensive. My front struts are noisy and they have been promising me a fix for over a year now (I doubt they will ever really do anything about this annoying noise), but they work fine.

Ted and I roll in the same club here in the ATL and we have had this discussion more times than I can remember. We are both getting tired of the noise AND we are both getting tired of waiting on the new strut from Easystreet...
Don't get me wrong here...I love the air bag setup, not a problem and I'm over 15,000 miles on it now...but come on Easystreet, how about that new upper mount already!

so i dont want to go with easy street?
ok being the air ride n00b that i am, i just wanted to see if i could get a few ?s answered.
ok
1: bigger valves and lines = faster lift and drop?
2: bigger tank means the comp. comes on less often?
3: bigger comp. means it fills the tank faster?
i know these are probably pretty obvious but i just want to understand as much of this as i can before i gett into it

So with all that said...If I were going to do air again in another xB, it would be the EasyStreet setup.
As far as lines, tanks, compressors, valves...go out and find them on your own, you will get a better price.
1: bigger valves and lines = faster lift and drop? - Correct - But you can run "slowdowns"
2: bigger tank means the comp. comes on less often? - Under Normal Use - Correct
3: bigger comp. means it fills the tank faster? - Correct - Of course you can always run two smaller compressors and get the same performance

Thread arrival.... I worked with Jeremy at Air Lift and finally they have fixed the camber problem. I think this is what eventually causes the noise.
PM me if you want to know more about it.

PM me for the cheapest full kit price and Ted I emailed Jeremy many times telling them how to fix it. Scion Pro told me this morning on the phone that hey are being released and that Jeremy thanks me for helping them solve this problem.
Gothbox hit them up and see if they will warranty yours.

They are sending me mine under warrantee. I would certainly ask them. I have been in discussions with them since I installed them 18 months ago about the noise issue. They have assured me all along that replacements would be provided whan they became available. There have been some delays....hopefully the new parts will be wonderfull.
