seems like the tC and xA share the same mounting points for the airbag/horn pad yet the xB is different. However the airbag connections for the xB and aX are the same.

So, swapping a tC wheel into an xB takes more than just the rim and frame of the wheel-you need the plastic behind the wheel and some way to match up a horn pad/button as well.

Anybody else have any extra information?

2006.5 xBs and tCs and xAs w'radio controls are the same as each other-2006 and down and xAs without radio controls are the same as each other but not the same as the first group and so the parts that make up the steering wheel assembly cannot be mixed (steering wheel, horn pad, horn pad mounting bracket and the plastic that bolts to the rear of the steering wheel)

xB 2006 or earlier airbag with the large gaps that happen in a tC /radio control style wheel
