E bay possibly and im not sure about the center caps. but thats an 04 Alloy thats here in the states. i don't see many at all ever.

I had the chance a few months ago to get a mint set but didn't have the fundage. They were 450 shipped. Now I'm kicking myself.
They do show up on ebay from time to time. Maybe check with importing places to see if they can do a set for you. I also heard they use a weird lugnut design.

 

does toyota sell them still? just a thought. for spares.
