Anything I can use for a plastic filler...Cause I am not even sure if such a thing exists?

Umm, a little more detail would be nice, what are you trying to fill? For most of my fabrication work, body filler and paint get the job done. There are also some two part puttys and epoxies that can be used for fillers.

I know it exists, because my old neighbor used it on the bumper of his VW. But I don't know what he used...sorry.
