Default 18x7.5 Wheel question. please help!

Guys, I've been dropped on tanabe's df210s and i just put on some 18X7.5s with 225/40/18 tires and the tires rubs against the inner fender whenever i try to make a full turn. would 1/2in spacers do the trick? i also tried trimming the wells, that helped about 65%. but its still rubbing. also, i used spacers in the rear and it seems to be fine but i noticed with the spacers on, the lug doesn't grab the bolt too much. should it be a hazard concern for me?

Way oversized. You could have went 215/40 or 225/35 but not both.

How many turns of the lug nuts do you get?

Ezactly what difference does that make? I'd love to hear how that question even applies.

Well sir -- If you read in his question at the top he stated with the spacers installed the lugs don't grab as much of the studs as they did before using the spacers. So sir my question to him is a valid one. His quote that you missed!!!!!

My bad moonray. I misread what he said, sorry.

He is using the wrong kind of spacers then. I don't understand why people try to fix tire size mistakes with spacers instead of just getting the right tires. Especially any type of spacers up front, that's crazy.
