Default Help! My cf hood wont close.

I have never had this problem, and its just irritating the s&^% outta me. Anybody know the probable cause?

what brand hood is it? it could be the latch that holds the hood down,if so take it to the dealer and have it looked at.

unscrew the bolts and nuts that on the latch and put sumtn on there to space it out more. because i think the latch is not reaching all the way down to close the hood.

that could be the reason of the painters tape

You can use washers to space the latch out

lower tha rubber mount that the hood sit's on when it's closed...

problem resolved. thanks for the help. made a homemade spacer to close the hood.
