For anyone that has the kami front end I need some help. I mainly just need to know what you guys did with the plastic splash guards that are under the motor. The middle section obviously wont fit right anymore because its a new bumper. I wanted to know if you guys just left it off, or found a way to make them work. Any advice would be appreciated, and pics would be nice too so I can get an idea on where to mount for the front. Thanks
well i dont have the kami kit but i hacked up all my plastic underbody isht terribly so i could run as low as i am and run wires for the wire tuck.
i just trimmed where it was needed with a dremel then drilled a hole and zip tied it around whatever i could.

^ If you could get a pic that would be great. Its looking like its just a matter of where I am able to zip tie it up at in the front. Half tempted to just leave it off completely.
yea im that friend with the kami kit, umm i can try to take pics i have been busy latly with school but i can def get you pics by this weekend. And I actually had to order a brand new guard bc i raped the first one lol hehehe. Anyways yea what is used to hold it in are barracks that were extended from the end of the kit to the guard. none of the barracks are visible from under the car so i cant really take a pic of that. also it has plastic rivets all over. the reason its plastic is because the metal screws seem just to eat the plastic obviously. Also you notice how the guard is two separate pieces well u have to make sure you secure them together. If not it prob will come apart and mess up. umm if anything doesnt make sense let me kno ill try to explain it better. hope this helps ill get to pics as soon as i can

Yea I just got in two new parts of the splash guard because coming home one night wind caught it and forced it down, so half was grinded down and the other half was all ate up
I also have the kami kit and no longer run with the underpanels or front fenderliners. the only real solution is to fabricate a front splitter - which is my intent as soon as I can get the materials together

See, I thought about getting a spliiter, but around me the roads are real bad in some places, and I already ground out some places, so I dont feel like spending the money then having it get ripped off.
dont buy one for the kami bumper... make one yourself. if you want to experiment without spending much, try cutting one out of a 1/8th or 1/4 inch thinck sheet of MDF or plywood. it doesnt have to extend out past the bumper itself either... it just has to give the bumper the support it needs to not sag and screw up its' alignment.
ill get pics for you tonight or tomorrow morning. mine came apart doing 70mph on the Pa turnpike
i freaked and used duct tape
for a tep fix. the zipped tied the rest and its been good ever since.
If you buy the kit new its suppose to come with 3 or 4 metal extenders that bolt on to the bottom of the bumper and the spalsh guard.
