Default Cup holders too small

Don't know if this was a previous thread or not.
Well I noticed the 2nd gens have tiny cup holders, so I did some searching for "aftermarket" cup holders. There were many, but most failed my expectations till I found the Kaz-e kup. This thing is great, it holds multiple size drinks, and other misc. items. Well here's the dude that that I bought it from ebay, at $13 w/ shipping its a little pricey, but well worth it considering the alternatives(most required drilling holes) [url] http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/LARGE...Q5fAccessories[url]. It's a great solution for the small cup holder problem. Here are some pics of the kup 7 my car.

My BSP

E-brake down

E-brake up(A little tight, I have to release it with my palm, def not a deal breaker)

Fits snug, but most of the time I put a napkin in first for the tightest fit.

Collects all the spills & condensation within the KUP

Fits multiple drink sizes, I beleive this one's a 64 oz'er

Great find. Thanks for posting. I like the big drinks and have been less than pleased with the xB's cup holders.

Hmmm....I just followed the link, and it just took me to a general page of cup holders on eBay - is there a more specific seller name or page? I'm not finding anything under "kraz-e kup" search.

Edit: I found the website for the cup holder: http://www.kazekup.com/Place_a_cup_holder_Order.html

Whaddaya think, sea foam green to go with my Teal xB?

Whoops, sorry, fixed the link, should take you straight to the seller, wich I think is actually cheaper than the actual site.

Yeah sea foam green looks like the best match, but if you wanna go all out, get a paint matching spray paint

YOU DO REALIZE that most fast food restaurants design their "jumbotron" or whatever cups with a slimmer base to fit these supposed "way bigger" cup holders to create the illusion of the "way bigger" cup holder to please people like you right??

Plus YOU DID REALIZE that not everyone eats that fast food crap that you seem to religiously patron since you have been to "all the fast food restaurants".
Or is it that I didn't make the pictures big enough for you to see that the front cup holder is already occupied by my coin holder/ cell phone charging dock that scion provided, or that the cup in the picture in question is not a fast food cup but in reality is a "way bigger" cup with a normal sized base.

So do a little soul searching and figure out where things went wrong ok buddy?

So dumb question. Having the cup sitting so high wouldn't it be top heavy?

IDK though, it just looks like it to me

Good to know, but this post is to help people that do, and do so with large drinks like the wide bottom gatorades or am/pm type cups.. BTW love the avatar, Super Jail is one of my favorite shows.

Great question KRider830
I was also afraid that with such top heavy drinks with the Kup holder that it would topple off when doing fast turns(wich I do all day) But once I got the holder, I realized that the kaz-e kup is very deep, so when you sit you're drink in it, it's to the bottom, and the weight distribution is very well the the bottom. Plus the little part that goes in the actual cup holder is an almost exact fit. I do tend to put a napkin before installing it so it is a very snug fit, so that thing is in there tight.

My only complaint is that it handles the large drinks alot better than the smaller ones(med. coffee). In that case, I do remove it, and just use the standard cup holder. :D

Ahh that is really cool, if I still allowed drinks in my vehicle I would look into one of these. Long story short, someone spilled a nice hot cup of coffee all over my seats. Tons of fun to clean up and that was the end of non lidded beverages in the car
