im noy too sure....
ive looked at both descriptions and they seem to be about the same.
i wold guess is different spring rates

the spring rate for the kontrol pro kit is F/295 R/123
that alittle it stiff in the front and way too soft in the rear.
the teins are 180 in the rear

the GT pro kit it the same

ive got the Tein SS+P kit and it was cool except for that 180 bould spring in the rear. i took it out and installled a 225 spring thats only 7" tall, it worked perfect and i can handle alot more cargo with out it squating down.

if i had it all to do over again id go with
Magen, its about the same price as (if not a tad cheeper) than the ksport.
the springs on there Street Series kit are 225 front and rear + has all the other goodies.
you can find it cheeper other places but this is streat from Magen so its got all the correct info

what type of Tein coilovers do you have now.
ive played with my dampning force ajustment alot and ive fount what peforms the beast is all the way hard (Tein even recomends this for street use)
you can go alot lower but you might have to get different springs (like i did) for the rear to keep from having problems

here are a few pics

this rear spring is 7" tall free highth, 2 1/2 I.D. and a 225 pound spring
ive got the SS+P so the front spring is 220
i can still go a little lower in the front, i just resently (befor thease pics) droper the front another 1/2" and i wanted to see what would happen befor going lower. maybe another 3/8" left at the most
