coilovers vs spring which is better for the xb..

 

FULL coilovers are always better cause you can adjust the height to get it EXACTLY where u want it.
and usually they let u drop LESS or MORE than a spring setup would allow.

 

Depends on what you want. For looks, go with coil-overs if you want to get lower than a 2" drop. For performance, I'd go with shocks & springs unless you REALLY know what you are doing. Coil overs are great, but just remember, there is only 1 right setting for any given condition/track, and an infinate number of wrong settings.
